How the Trust Score works
Every panel on SMM Supply gets a 0–100 trust score — a composite of 10 measurable signals across catalog, reliability, delivery, and integrity. Recomputed on every successful sync. Cannot be purchased. No editorial overrides without a public note.
What we measure
Catalog depth
How many active services the panel exposes through its API.
Platform & category coverage
How many distinct platforms and service categories the panel covers.
Sync freshness
How recently we pulled the panel's live API.
API uptime
Share of healthy probes over the last 7 days.
Sync run health
How often the last 10 catalog sync runs completed cleanly.
Refill availability
Share of services that offer a refill guarantee.
Drip-feed availability
Share of services that support drip-fed delivery.
Price sanity
Penalty for $0 / impossibly cheap listings.
Trust signals
Claim status, owner verification, age, and active flags.
Review signal
Bayesian-smoothed average of approved reviews.
Weighted sum, rounded to integer
| Signal | Group | Weight | Full marks at |

| Sync freshness | reliability | × 0.15 | Synced < 24h ago |
| API uptime | reliability | × 0.10 | 100% probes healthy · 7d |
| Sync run health | reliability | × 0.10 | 10 of 10 runs completed |
| Refill availability | delivery | × 0.10 | 100% of services refillable |
| Drip-feed availability | delivery | × 0.05 | 100% drip-fed |
| Price sanity | integrity | × 0.10 | 0% zero-priced services |
| Trust signals | integrity | × 0.10 | Owner verified · 5yr+ · 0 flags |

What the numbers mean
Deep catalog, fresh sync, healthy API, verified owner. Production-grade.
Most signals healthy. Usually one weak spot — thin reviews, short refill, or recent flake.
Multiple weak signals. Newer panels still building track record, or stale data and few reviews.
Unreachable API, stale catalog, unresolved flags, or low reviews. Read before ordering.
Common questions
Can panel owners pay to increase their score?
No. The score is fully algorithmic and recomputed on every sync. There is no "boost" product, no Featured-upgrades-your-score side door. Featured/sponsored placements are visual only and clearly labeled.
How often does the score update?
Every successful catalog sync (typically every 6h for free panels, every hour for the top tier) triggers a full recompute of all 10 signals plus a snapshot into history. API uptime is sampled continuously via background pings.
Why does my panel's score look low?
Open your panel page and scroll to the Trust Score Breakdown. It shows the raw value of all 10 signals plus the algorithm notes from the last recompute. The most common drops: stale sync (>72h), API uptime <90%, refill availability <10%, or active scam flag.
What about admin overrides?
Admins can pin a score (e.g. force a panel to 0 after a confirmed scam) but every override is logged and decays linearly back to the algorithm over 30 days unless explicitly locked. When active, the override is shown publicly on the panel's breakdown.
Why are weights what they are?
Reliability signals (freshness + uptime + sync health = 35%) and catalog signals (depth + coverage = 25%) carry the most weight because they directly predict whether a buyer's order will execute. Delivery and integrity round it out — see the table above.
Does the score change if a panel buys ads?
No. Ad placements appear in clearly labeled sponsored slots and never touch the trust score, the ranking, or the breakdown. If we ever see a way an ad indirectly affects rank, we change the algorithm — not the price list.
