Domain age & WHOIS continuity
Years since first registration, plus whether ownership has changed hands. Continuous ownership for 5+ years is hard to fake — you can't buy old domains without leaving a trail.
Every panel in our index starts at 50 and earns or loses from seven independent signals. The model is weighted by how expensive each signal is to fake — not how convenient it is to measure.
Top decile. Long history, enforced refill, no recent flags.
Reliable for routine orders. Most signals strong.
Usually fine, occasional friction. Worth comparing pricing.
Mixed signals. Use only with refill-protected orders.
Multiple negative signals. We flag and exclude from rankings.

We probe every panel's public API every 5 minutes. Counted only when the panel responds with valid service data. Drops below 95% surface immediately.
We re-order the same service every 14 days under a real account. If drop is > 10% and refill isn't honored within the panel's claimed window, this drops fast.
Owner has claimed the listing, verified domain ownership via DNS, and answered a real-name follow-up. Public contact required.
Reviews are clustered by writing style, posting cadence, and device hints. Obvious bot waves are weighted out — only reviews surviving the fingerprint pass count.
Sudden 40%+ drops below the median are usually a sign of a panel about to vanish (running out their last credit). Sudden 80%+ markups are a sign of cashflow trouble.
Disputes raised through SMM Supply's mediation flow. Tracked by panel response time, resolution rate, and whether the customer eventually got refilled or refunded.

clamped to [0, 100]Recomputed nightly. Hard flags (e.g. confirmed exit scam, sustained sub-95% uptime, refusal to refill) override the score and force the panel below 50.
No. Sponsored placement is clearly labeled and never modifies the trust score input or output.
API uptime updates hourly. Refill enforcement signals update every 14 days. Dispute signals are real-time the moment a mediation case opens.
Usually domain age or owner verification. Both are independently checkable — claim the listing and verify your domain to lift those signals.
Only on confirmed exit scam, court order, or owner request after refunding open disputes. Otherwise the listing stays — even at score 0 — so the history is visible.
