Terms of Service

SMM Supply is a service operated by Viral Plugs, an independent comparison and intelligence layer for SMM panel providers. References to “SMM Supply” in these terms refer to Viral Plugs trading as SMM Supply. We do not sell social media services ourselves.

Outbound links to panels may include affiliate identifiers. Affiliate revenue never influences trust scores or rankings.

You agree not to scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the directory without written permission.

Automated access must respect robots.txt and rate limits. Public API access requires an API key.

You must not misuse the Service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of intellectual property, or interference with security (malware, probing, scraping beyond the public API).

Reviews, comments, and submissions remain your property. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, translate, and excerpt them.

We may remove content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

Viral Plugs retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, database structure, branding, and documentation. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the Service as offered.

Panel metadata (pricing, refill, uptime) is collected from public sources and provider self-reporting. We work hard to keep it accurate but make no guarantees and provide the Service on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Always verify on the provider's site before purchase. We are not liable for any transaction between you and a listed panel.

Paid products on SMM Supply (advertising placements, sponsorships, API plans) are sold by Viral Plugs as the seller. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency by NOWPayments, which generates the hosted invoice and confirms settlement. We receive only the invoice metadata (amount, currency, transaction hash, status) — no card, wallet, or banking details are stored on our servers. Fiat invoicing is not available at this time.

All advertising placements are one-time purchases for a fixed term (e.g. 30 or 90 days). The placement starts when payment is confirmed on-chain and expires automatically at the end of the term. There is no auto-renewal. To extend, purchase a new term.

Crypto payments are non-reversible by design. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are handled manually at our discretion — see that document for the exact rules.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fail to pay sums due, or create security or fraud risk, with or without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site and via email to registered users.
