Refund Policy

Paid products on SMM Supply (advertising placements, sponsorships, API plans) are sold by Viral Plugs and processed in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Crypto payments are non-reversible by design — every refund is handled manually under the rules below. This policy applies to our direct paid products only. Third-party panel transactions are governed by that panel's own policy.

Pre-activation refunds (full)

If a placement has not yet gone live, we will refund the equivalent USD value of your payment to a wallet you control, minus the on-chain network fee required to send it. We hold a 24-hour activation window for category and homepage tiers — request inside that window for the simplest path.

Featured / bump tiers go live within minutes of settlement. Once live, they are treated as active (see below).

Post-activation: no refunds

Once a placement is live we do not refund any portion of the payment. The slot has been allocated, impressions begin accruing, and we incur ongoing serving costs for the entire term.

If we materially failed to deliver — e.g. the placement was offline for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure — we may, at our sole discretion, issue a pro-rated credit toward a future placement. Document the issue with timestamps and email refunds@smm.supply.

API plan

API plans are non-refundable after the first successful authenticated API call. If you have not yet used the key, you may request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase and receive a credit (not a crypto refund) toward another plan of equal or lesser value.

How to request a refund or credit

Email refunds@smm.supply with: the NOWPayments invoice ID, the transaction hash, the wallet address that paid, and a one-line description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days.

If a refund is approved, settlement is on-chain in the same currency you paid (USDT preferred). You are responsible for providing a correct receive address — payments to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered.

Why we cannot offer one-click refunds

Cryptocurrency transactions are final once confirmed on-chain. Unlike a card chargeback, there is no central authority that can reverse a settled payment. Every refund therefore requires a manual outbound transfer initiated by us, plus on-chain confirmation by the receiving network.

Disputes with panels

We cannot refund money paid to a third-party panel. File a dispute through the panel itself and, if necessary, report at /contact so we can flag the panel for review.
