Reading a refill guarantee like a lawyer

'Lifetime refill' is usually a marketing line. Here's what to read in the fine print.

Refill window vs refill cap

'30-day refill' tells you the time window. It does not tell you whether you'll be refilled to 100% of the original order or only the dropped portion above some threshold (e.g., 'refill if drop exceeds 20%').

What disqualifies a refill

Common gotchas: privacy changes on the target account (going private mid-delivery), deleted target post, additional orders placed on the same target during the refill window, or 'manual review' clauses that let support deny refills at will.

Speed of refill

Refill processing time often isn't promised at all. We've seen panels honor refills but take 14+ days to do it — useless if you're running a campaign. Look for explicit refill SLAs, or test before relying.

The 'lifetime refill' tell

Real lifetime refill exists, but only on a handful of upstream-direct providers. If a $0.30/k panel offers it on Instagram followers, they're either burning cash, lying, or planning to disappear when the refill load piles up.
