Drip-feed vs instant — when each one wins

Instant delivery is great for views. It's a fast way to get banned for followers.

The detection model in one sentence

Platforms flag accounts where a metric grows much faster than the account's baseline. A 200-follower account gaining 50 followers in 6 hours is anomalous; the same account gaining 50 followers in 14 days is invisible.

When instant is fine

Low-risk metrics — views, story views, impressions — almost never trigger detection because they're noisy by nature. Same for established large accounts (100k+) where small absolute jumps are within normal variance.

When drip-feed is mandatory

Followers and likes on accounts under 10k. Comments at any scale. Any time you're trying to look 'organic' to a brand or platform reviewer. The cost premium (usually 20–40%) is the cheapest insurance you can buy.

A safe default schedule

Take your target, divide by 14 (Instagram/TikTok) or 21 (YouTube), and cap each daily batch at 5% of current follower count. Our drip-feed planner does this math for you with platform-specific caps.
